You agree that DMA might, in its sole discretion and with out discover or legal responsibility to you, prohibit, suspend, or terminate your access to part or all of the DMA Service and to any Content material if DMA believes you are utilizing or have used the DMA Service in violation of these DMA Terms of Use or relevant legislation or regulations or in any method other than for their meant function and in accordance with all other guidelines and necessities relevant thereto.
Scatter-collect or vectored I/ DMA allows the switch of data to and from a number of memory areas in a single DMA transaction. You agree that DMA is not going to be liable to you or to any third party for any such restriction, suspension, or termination of your entry to your DMA account or Content. DMA transfers can both occur one byte at a time or abruptly in burst mode. In addition, you perceive that DMA could modify or cease providing all or a portion of the DMA Service at any time without discover.

DMA additionally reserves the correct, after discover to you, to terminate any DMA account that is still inactive for one yr (failure to log in to your DMA account will represent inactivity for functions of these DMA Terms of Use). A device that makes use of DMA have to be configured to use both lines of the assigned DMA channel.
